FunkyHuawei allows you to rebrand (change the model and region) of all recent Huawei phones, by using our FunkyHuawei Rebrand Tool (FHRebrandTool).
Warning: Do not try to rebrand the USA version Mate 10 Pro/Porsche (BLA-A09) to another branding. You might brick your device. Other Mate 10 Pro (BLA-L09 and BLA-L29) are ok to rebrand.
Warning: EMUI 8.1 devices/P20 Series. EMUI 8.0 and below only for now.
For rebranding the Mate RS, P20, and P20 Pro, please use this tool. P20 Lite/Nova 3S support is coming but not available yet.
Note: This tool is not currently working for Mate 10/Mate 10 Pro on June 2018 security patch. Please make sure you have an older security patch before using.
Note: If your model is older or uses a non-Kirin processor, this tool may not work for you. Please ask our support if your device is compatible. We can't be responsible or provide refunds for usage of this tool with incompatible devices.
Note: Before using the tool, please make sure that firmware for the model and branding you are choosing actually exists. If in doubt, contact us beforehand.
Note: In some cases, FHRebrandTool will write a dummy IMEI to your oeminfo (branding) partition which can be seen when using certain fastboot commands. However, your phone's actual IMEI does not change. It enables dual-sim functionality on some single-sim phones but does not give your phone a second IMEI. If concerned, please confirm your phone's actual IMEI by dialing *#06#
Note: Due to changes in the Mate 10, Mate 10 Pro, and Honor V10, rebranding with FHRebrandTool can cause your bootloader unlock code to change.
WARNING: Due to some differences with the Honor V10 / View 10 and other models, we have a separate tool for that device.
Please see here (Only applicable to Honor V10 / Honor View 10 / BKL model.)
Here is a video of the process (old way, some things have changed), thanks to TK Bay
